To advance disability inclusion through policy advocacy, rights protection, stakeholder collaboration, and the promotion of accessible environments that empower persons with disabilities to live with dignity and independence

To create a conducive atmosphere in which all categories of persons with disability will live independently and in a dignify manner within the shortest time frame in our services delivery by providing a structurally friendly environment leading to a competence driven workforce.

The National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD) is the statutory body responsible for promoting, protecting, and upholding the rights and welfare of persons with disabilities in Sierra Leone. Established under the Persons with Disabilities Act of 2011, the Commission serves as the central authority for disability inclusion, advocacy, and policy coordination across the country.
