The National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD) is the statutory body responsible for promoting, protecting, and upholding the rights and welfare of persons with disabilities in Sierra Leone. Established under the Persons with Disabilities Act of 2011, the Commission serves as the central authority for disability inclusion, advocacy, and policy coordination across the country.
