It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the official website of the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD).
This website reflects our commitment to promoting the rights, dignity, inclusion, and empowerment of persons with disabilities. It serves as a platform for sharing information about our mandate, programmes, services, policies, and initiatives aimed at creating a society where every person, regardless of ability, has equal opportunities to participate and thrive.
The Commission is dedicated to ensuring that the rights of persons with disabilities are protected and upheld through effective advocacy, collaboration with government institutions, development partners, civil society organizations, and the private sector. We believe that an inclusive society is one in which every citizen can contribute meaningfully to national development.
